Where should I send my hats to?
When you're done, please pop them in an envelope, write the number of hats on the outside of the envelope and send your hats to:

Can I have some bobbles please?
We've decided that little woolly hats look just as good with or without bobbles. Therefore, we're not going to be sending out bobbles. If you
want to make or buy your own to attach to your hat then that's great, but bobbles aren't a necessity. It's totally up to you.
How many hats are you trying to make this year?
It's our first year doing the Big Knit in Ireland and we've set ourselves a target of 20,000 hats. That's pretty big but we want to try and make
lots of money for Age Action (and we'd like to see what 20,000 hats would look like all piled up in Fruit Towers).
How much money goes to Age Action?
For every hat-wearing smoothie sold, innocent and Topaz will donate €1 to Age Action. If we meet our target of 20,000 hats this year, that will
mean €20,000 for Age Action.
Where will the hats be sold?
This year the hats will be on our smoothies in Topaz from the 5th November.
I have friends that like to knit - how can I get them involved?
This year we really want to help get people knitting with their friends. If you've got some creative or knitting friends and would like to get together with them to knit some hats then give Juliet a shout on 01 879 6600 or bigknitireland@innocentdrinks.ie. We can send you a special pack to help you organize a little gathering, we have a limited supply of them so do let us know as soon as possible.
I've got a snazzy hat pattern that I'd like to share.
That's great. We really want everyone to be able to share their patterns this year. You can submit ideas onto our blog or pop them in an e-mail to bigknitireland@innocentdrinks.ie.
What's the deadline for hats this year?
So that we can get all the hats on our smoothies in time, we need to receive them in Fruit Towers by the 22nd October. Hopefully everyone won't send them on the last day though (the postman might be unhappy).
