
This is one of our favourite recipes. We used to a have a version of this recipe with boysenberries in it, but being big fans of blackcurrants, we thought we’d give them a spin. In the interests of democracy we asked a load of people to tell us which of the two recipes they preferred, and the blackcurrants pipped the boysenberries to the post. The people have spoken.
