A tagine is a special Moroccan cooking pot with a funny conical lid, and it’s also the name of the tasty stuff that’s cooked inside said pot. Whilst our veg pot lacks the requisite pointy lid, it does contain extremely tasty butternut squash, chickpeas and giant cous cous, all of which taste much better for being cooked that bit more nice and slowly.
