Portuguese red pepper piri piri with patatas bravas, chilli & smoked paprika

Say “Olá” to a new recipe, catchily titled ‘portuguese red pepper piri piri’. Hilariously enough, despite the number of ‘p’s in that name, there are no actual peas in the recipe. Anyway, as well as being laced with irony, this recipe is our spiciest veg pot yet. And it’s loaded with red peppers, patatas bravas*, chilli and smoked paprika. If the heat is too much for you, may we suggest you add a drop of cooling yoghurt, or perhaps you should just get out of the kitchen.
