what you'll need

60g oats
1 banana, cut into slices
1 tbsp cashew butter
1 tsp agave nectar
½ tsp cinnamon powder
160ml innocent almond dairy free
4 tsp hot chocolate powder

toppings

nuts, ground flax seeds, chia seeds, sliced banana, desiccated coconut

how you make it

In a small pan, warm 100ml of the almond dairy free and the cinnamon over a medium heat.

Keeping the heat low–medium, add the oats and let them simmer for 4–5 minutes. Stir every now & again to make sure your mixture doesn’t burn.

After about 4 minutes, the oats should have soaked up most of the almond dairy free. Add in the banana and give it a stir. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until the banana has cooked through and mixed with the oats, then take it off the heat.

Pop the banana, 60ml of cold almond dairy free, and oats in a bowl. Top with the agave nectar, cashew butter and any other toppings you fancy.
