what you'll need
500ml Oat milk
handful of dark chocolate chips or raisins
how you make it
Blitz the oats into a flour. Add the banana and milk and blend until smooth.
Stir in the chocolate chips or raisins.
Prepare a non-stick pan over high heat and add a little oil.
Pour a little batter into the pan (approx. 6 tbsp.) and cook for 1 min, lowering the heat if necessary. Once the edges begin the lift and the base is cooked, flip and cook for a further 30 seconds.
Repeat until all the batter is used.
