building your career

We've grown a lot since we got started back in 1999. From our humble beginnings selling smoothies at a music festival in London, we're now Europe's favourite little healthy drinks company with offices all over the place. But we're not stopping there (even though our mums reckon we should have a rest). We have big ambitions and can only make them happen if the people who work here have big ambitions too. So if you're the kind of person who rolls up their sleeves and gets stuck in, innocent might be just the place to build your career.

apprenticeships

Our apprenticeships are a great option if you're looking for an alternative to university, thinking about a career change, or just prefer to learn on the job. You'll be in a proper role from day one, working for innocent while you also work towards a qualification (it’s all about learning as you’re earning). We have apprenticeships in areas like HR, Finance and Supply Chain. Keep an eye on our vacancies page if you want to be the first to know when one of these opportunities pops up

work placements

Our 12-month placement roles are perfect for anyone who's at university and looking for a role as part of their sandwich course. If you're interested in a career in FMCG (it stands for Fast Moving Consumer Goods), our work placements are a great place to start. Check out our vacancies page to see if we have any openings right now. And if we don't, remember to keep checking back.

taking over the world

Our little drinks can now be found in fridges all over Europe and Asia, so we've set up offices in quite a few places too. If you're ever near one of them, pop in, grab a drink and say hello/hoi/bonjour/konnichiwa.

life after innocent

We've had some amazing people work for us down the years and they've gone on to do some exciting stuff. Meera wrote a pretty famous cookbook, Mike & Dan started making chewing gum, and Jess decided to go into rum. Chin-chin.

things our people have said

Leah Knight

Application Support Analyst

"When looking for a job I remember googling 'fun companies London' and that's when I applied for innocent. I was so excited when I started as a Project Analyst and quickly wanted to progress my career by ramping up my technical skills and joining the IT team. I didn't have any prior experience in the IT world but I spent some time shadowing members of the Application Support team, and outside of work I joined some MeetUp groups to learn how to code. Shortly after, an opportunity came up in the Application Support team and I was lucky enough to be offered the role."

Tariq Khan-Fontain

Product Manager

"innocent has always been a place of opportunity for me. I came from a different industry with no experience in FMCG, but I was hired and 3 years later I've just started in my third role. The opportunities afforded go way beyond just a job title - as a dad you rarely get the opportunity to spend more than a couple of weeks with your newborns, but at innocent they offer mums and dads the same access to parental leave, which meant I got to spend 6 months with my wife and our first child. It's precious time that meant so much to my family."

Aisling Byrne

Key Account Executive

"I was initially attracted to innocent because of its unique culture, and the company's values really resonated with me. I've found when working here, they really care about your career. There are regular check-ins where you can be honest about where you want your career to go, and they try their best to help you get there. My manager listened to me and arranged for me to get experience in the areas I wanted, to help develop my career. Alongside this, there's plenty of training which is open to everyone in the company."

Maria Vallet

Ingredients Team Leader

"I love working at innocent because it's a place where you not only learn really exciting things every day, but also know there's a clear purpose behind it – to leave things better than we found them. The values and company ethos transpire in everything we do and I find that truly motivating and inspiring. On a personal level, innocent has always given me a chance to grow and develop, offered me flexibility with job-shared roles (to manage work and life when I became a mum), and ultimately helped me meet lovely people who will be friends for life."
